What you see. A sample dashboard, shown with a cleaning business's bookings.
What your clients see. The General starter page, before you change anything. Yours shows your own services.
Most scheduling apps give you one event at one length. Here, the booking page works out the price from the job, however you charge.
One price, by the hour or per item, with add-ons that add time and money and choices that each carry their own price. Every pricing control
Up to 25 questions on the booking form, plus a quote form with photos for jobs you can't price until you see them. How quotes work
At your place, theirs or online. Add a travel fee and drive time for each distance, and only ask for an address when you go to them. How travel works
The trades on our list don't get anything you don't. Switch on what fits your business and leave the rest off.
Sell 2 to 100 sessions up front, like a trainer's 10-pack. The first one books at checkout and the rest book free from the client's link. How it works
Book a regular client every 1 to 4 weeks, up to 26 visits in one go, the way tutors do. Each visit can still move on its own. How it works
Up to 3 people, pets or vehicles in one booking, each with its own service and answers, the way groomers and detailers book. How it works
Price by the night or the day, with a pick-up time and a limit on how many fit at once, the way pet sitters book boarding. How it works
Let clients describe the job and send photos, then reply with a price, the way movers and junk haulers work. No time is held until you do. How it works
Give a first-visit discount or a code for a slow week, as a percentage or a set amount off. How it works
No add-ons to buy and no per-feature upgrades. Pro, at $10 a month, only adds your branding, Excel export and analytics.
Clients pay a deposit or the full price by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay as they book, straight into your own Stripe account. How it works
Bookings are confirmed the moment they come in, with a confirmation email. Bookings that look risky still wait for you. How it works
Clients get the date, time and address by email 24 hours before, or when you choose. How it works
A Manage booking button lets clients move or cancel up to a cutoff you set. You get an email for every change. How it works
When you mark a booking Completed, the client gets a Book again button with their last booking filled in. How it works
Every booking shows up in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, and moves and cancellations update by themselves. How it works
Paste one line of code, and clients book and pay right on your site.

If people only need to grab a time on your calendar, Calendly does that well. It's built around meetings: one event, one length.
If your price depends on the job - hours, add-ons, travel or a quote first - 1MinuteBooking works it out on the booking page and can take a deposit as they book. It's free, with no time limit.
Your booking page with stock photos, bookings and quote requests.
Your logo, your own photos and colors, Excel export and analytics, and no "Powered by" badge.
Yes. Choose Other / General Services at sign-up and you start with a simple setup: a free consultation, a 30-minute appointment, an hourly appointment and a short quote form. Rename them, change the prices and add your own. Every feature the listed trades use is in your account too.
Only where they start. A listed trade starts with services, prices and questions written for it. Everything else is the same for every account: deposits, quotes, travel fees, packages, reminders and the rest.
You can switch to a listed type later with Redo setup under Settings > Business type. It replaces your starter services and questions and keeps your bookings and clients.
Yes. Setup recommends Quotes only for General: clients describe the job, answer your questions and add up to 5 photos, and you reply with a price. No time slot is held until you do. Choose Set prices and quotes instead to show your services next to the quote form, and switch between the two at any time.
Yes. A service can be one price, per hour or per item. The starter Appointment (Per Hour) is $85 an hour: the client picks 1 to 8 hours, and the price and the time on your calendar both grow with it. Change the rate and the limits in Settings > Service types.
Yes, on the free plan. Connect your own Stripe account and clients pay a deposit or the full price by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay as they book. The money goes to your Stripe account. 1MinuteBooking charges 2% plus Stripe's own fee. How deposits work
Yes, with location options. General starts with "At our location" (no charge), "At your location - within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (+$15), "At your location - more than 20 miles (30 km) away, we confirm first" (+$30) and "Online (video call)" (no charge). The drive time blocks your calendar but is never shown to the client. Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations.
