Free online booking and scheduling for solo and small service businesses

Rebook repeat clients in one click

When you mark a booking Completed, your client gets a thank-you email with a Book again button. It opens your booking page with their last booking filled in, at today's prices - they just pick a new date and time. Or rebook them yourself with Duplicate booking.

Free plan, no credit card required

Two ways to rebook

There's no recurring schedule to set up. Each visit is its own booking, and booking the next one takes a click.

The client rebooks themselves

  1. You mark the booking Completed after the visit, from its Booking Details.
  2. The client gets a thank-you email with a Book again button.
  3. Book again opens your booking page with their last booking filled in - their details, services, add-ons, location and answers.
  4. They pick a new date and time and send it. It comes in like any other booking from your page.

You rebook them

  1. Open a Completed booking and click Duplicate booking.
  2. New booking opens with everything copied - the client, services, add-ons, answers, address, payment method and your internal notes.
  3. Pick the new date and time, then Create booking. Handy when a regular books their next visit before they leave.

The thank-you email

Sent once, the moment you change a booking to Completed. It's on by default.

Thank-you email from a sample cleaning business: Hello Megan, thank you for booking with Bright Home Cleaning. Your appointment on October 2, 2026 is complete. Want to book again? Your details and last booking are already filled in - just pick a new date and time. A green Book again button, a note that prices are today's, and a footer with the business's email, phone and an unsubscribe link.
The thank-you a sample cleaning client got after her clean on October 2. It carries your business name, and replies go to your contact email.

It comes from [email protected], with your logo or business name on top. If the client replies, it goes to the contact email in your Business Info. Because it invites them to book again, it ends with your business details and an Unsubscribe link.

The link only fills in that client's last booking, and it can't be guessed. It doesn't book anything by itself.

What Book again fills in

Everything they picked last time, priced the way your page prices it today.

1MinuteBooking booking page opened from Book again: a green note says Welcome back, Megan! We've filled in your last booking - just pick a new date and time. Standard Cleaning is selected at $120, and the booking summary lists 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, home size, pets, inside fridge and 3 bed linen changes, for a $295.00 total.
Megan's Book again link: Standard Cleaning with her bedrooms, bathrooms, pet and extras already picked. Standard Cleaning went from $110 to $120 since her last visit, so the new total is $295, not $285.
  • Their details: name, email, phone and address.
  • What they booked: services and quantities, add-ons and their choices - for every dog, person or vehicle if they booked several at once.
  • Where and the rest: their location and travel fee, answers to your questions, their notes and payment method.

Always today's prices

Nothing is copied at the old price. If you've raised a service, an add-on or a travel fee since their last visit, the new booking uses the new price. Anything you no longer offer is left out, and the page tells them what didn't carry over.

A starting point, not a booking

The client can change anything before sending, and they still pick an open time on your calendar. If you take a deposit, it's asked for as usual.

Duplicate booking: rebook them yourself

For the regular who books their next clean on the way out, or anyone who'd rather you just put them in.

1MinuteBooking Booking Details for a completed booking on Friday, October 2, 2026, 9:00 AM to 1:50 PM: Standard Cleaning for Megan Lewis, $285.00, with Duplicate booking, Email client, Receipt and Mark as spam on the right, and at the bottom: Confirmation email successfully sent, and Thank-you email successfully sent.
Megan's completed booking: Duplicate booking sits at the top of the actions, and both automatic emails are logged at the bottom.

Duplicate booking copies the client, services, add-ons, answers to your questions, address, payment method and internal notes into New booking. A custom-priced job carries its scope of work and price as a starting point. You pick the new date and time.

1MinuteBooking New booking form opened with Duplicate booking: a yellow note says Heads up: this booking previously totaled $285.00 (before tax). At today's pricing it now totals $295.00 (before tax). Review before saving. Below it, Existing client Megan Lewis is already selected.
Prices come from your current services and add-ons. When that changes the total, Duplicate booking tells you before you save.

Duplicate booking works for any Completed booking, including ones you entered yourself. A booking you create this way never emails the client automatically - use Email client to send them the details.

When the email goes out

It follows the same rules as the booking confirmation email, plus two of its own.

Once per booking

Changing a booking back and marking it Completed again won't send a second one.

Recent visits only

Only for appointments dated today or in the last 14 days, so tidying up old bookings never emails anyone.

Not when they're already booked

If the client already has their next booking with you, there's nothing to rebook, so it isn't sent.

One a day per client

Mark three of a client's jobs Completed at once and they get one email, not three.

Never for bookings you enter

You typed that address in, so it's never sent for bookings you create yourself.

Easy to stop

Every thank-you has an Unsubscribe link. A client who uses it gets no more thank-yous from you - confirmations still go out.

Each address gets a quick check for typos and fake addresses before anything is sent, and every booking shows whether its thank-you was sent, skipped or failed - and why. Thank-yous and confirmations share one daily limit of automatic emails: 5 a day on the free plan, 100 on Pro.

1MinuteBooking Settings, Notifications: Receive instant e-mail notification of new bookings, Verified bookings and Unverified bookings, Email client booking confirmation, and Email client a thank-you when a booking is Completed - sent from noreply@1minutebooking.com once, when you mark a booking Completed, with a Book again link that fills in their details and last booking at today's prices - all turned on.
Settings > Notifications. Untick the last one to stop thank-you emails; Duplicate booking keeps working.

A better rate for regulars

Rebooking keeps your prices, so a regular-client discount is up to you.

  • When they book themselves, create a coupon in Settings > Coupons - for example REGULAR15 for 15% off - and give the code only to your regulars. They enter it on your booking page, including after Book again.
  • When you rebook them, enter their code in Coupon code on the duplicated booking, or a negative Adjustment like -25 for a one-off discount.

Questions

Can I set up recurring appointments?

There's no automatic recurring schedule. Instead, rebooking takes one click: the client's thank-you email has a Book again link, and Duplicate booking rebooks them from your side. Each visit is its own booking, at your prices that day.

Do clients get a reminder to book again?

They get one email: the thank-you sent when you mark their booking Completed, with the Book again button. There are no later reminders. To nudge a client yourself, open their booking and click Email client.

What if I've raised my prices?

Both ways use your current prices. Book again prices everything from today's services, add-ons and travel fees, and Duplicate booking shows a note when today's total is different from last time, before you save.

Can the client change what Book again fills in?

Yes. It's only a starting point - they can change the service, add-ons, answers or address before sending. Nothing is booked until they pick a time and send it.

Does the email go out for bookings I enter myself?

No. Like the confirmation email, it's never sent for a booking you create with New booking, since you typed that address in. Duplicate booking works for those, and Email client opens a message in your own email app.

Can I turn the thank-you email off?

Yes. Untick Email client a thank-you when a booking is Completed in Settings > Notifications. Duplicate booking keeps working either way.

What if a client unsubscribes by mistake?

The same link from their email offers Resubscribe. Only the client can do it - there's no way for a business to sign someone back up.

What does it cost?

Duplicate booking and the thank-you email are free on every plan. Automatic client emails - confirmations and thank-yous together - are limited to 5 a day on the free plan and 100 a day on Pro.
