You drive to the job, so the booking form asks for the client's address from day one. Several trades also start with a required "How will we get in?" or "Where should we park?" question.
Starter locations like "Within 20 miles of us" (no charge) and "20-40 miles away" (+$15, 30 minutes of drive time) add a travel charge to the total and block your calendar for the drive, with no mapping involved.
Post-construction cleans, big tree jobs and odd-shaped driveways are hard to price blind. Request a Quote is on for these trades: the client answers your job questions, attaches up to five photos, and you reply with a price.
Sign in with Google or an email link, tell us your business name and type, and your booking page starts with that trade's services, add-ons and quote questions already filled in.
Hours for each day, days off, how much notice you need, a buffer between appointments, and where you work. Rename or reprice anything in Settings.
Send clients to your page, add the booking button to your own site, or link it from social media. Every request lands in your dashboard and in your inbox.
For the routine jobs, yes. Each trade's starter menu prices by the thing you actually count: bedrooms and bathrooms for a cleaning, windows and home height for window cleaning, load size for junk removal, crew size and hours for a move. The client picks the options and sees the total and the appointment length before sending the request.
They come in as a quote request instead of a booking. The client answers the trade's job questions (property type, square footage, condition, access), can attach photos, and no calendar slot is held. You write the scope and price, set a duration, and confirm it like any other booking.
Not an automatic one. Once a visit is marked Completed, Duplicate booking opens a new booking with the same client, rooms, add-ons and address, so rebooking a regular is picking the next date. A coupon code covers a recurring-client discount.
If you want it to. Each location option can carry an extra price (shown next to it on the booking page and added to the total) and a travel time that blocks your calendar before the appointment without showing on the client's side.
Register your own booking page in a minute - clients book appointments, you manage everything from your own dashboard.
