Ready to go? Create your free booking page
What you see. Bookings, calendar, clients, settings and analytics in one dashboard. Shown with sample data from a cleaning business; yours starts with your own services and prices.
What your clients see. The starter booking page for your trade, services already filled in. Clients pick a service and an open time, add a few details, and send the request. No account, no app.
Already have a website? Paste one line of code and your booking page opens right on it - card payments, deposits and all.
No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.
When a client picks a "We come to you" option, the booking asks for their address, so you know exactly where to meet them.
Clients add up to 3 vehicles to one booking, each with its own package and options.
List service zones with Locations so clients pick where they need you.
Every setting below lives in your dashboard and takes effect on your public booking page immediately.
Mobile bookings ask for exactly where to meet the client - drop-offs at your location don't.
Each car gets its own package, size and pet-hair option - one visit, back-to-back.
List the zones or neighborhoods you cover and let clients pick.
Your drive blocks your calendar before the appointment (or before and after), and clients farther away pay a travel charge by distance.
Offer a referral or seasonal discount code.
Add a "Book Now" button to your own site or social bio.
Tell us your business name. Your booking page starts with the Car Detailing services and add-ons shown above, so you're not starting from a blank page - change anything in Settings.
Set your hours, prices, policies, and notification preferences from your dashboard - most changes take seconds.
Send clients to your booking page, embed it on your site, or link it from social media. Bookings land straight in your dashboard.

Yes - up to 3 vehicles in one booking. After picking the first car's package, the client taps "+ Add another vehicle" and fills in the next one: its own package, vehicle size, pet-hair option and add-ons, and its own year, make and model. The cars are detailed one after another, so the booking is as long as all of them together and the price is the sum; the date, time and address are asked once, and a travel charge is added once, not per car. Your bookings, receipts and emails list each vehicle separately.
No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.
Use Duplicate booking. Once a detail is marked Completed, open it and click Duplicate booking - the New booking form opens pre-filled with the same client, package, vehicle and add-ons, address and notes, so you just pick the next date and time. The price is recalculated from your current rates, and a banner tells you if it's changed since last time. Future appointments aren't generated automatically - it's one quick step after each appointment rather than a set-and-forget schedule.
Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.
Yes - when a client picks a "We come to you" option, the booking form asks for their address, with address search, so you always know where to meet. Bookings at your own location don't ask for one.
Yes - add locations in Settings > Locations for the zones or neighborhoods you cover.
Yes - with location options. The Car Detailing preset starts with "Our location" (no charge, for clients who come to you), "We come to you - within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (no charge), "We come to you - 20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$15) and "We come to you - more than 40 miles (65 km) away, we confirm first" (+$30). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The extra price is added to the client's total and shown next to the location on your booking page. An optional note above the options can say where the distance is measured to. Each location also has a travel time - your drive. It is never shown to the client and is not added to their appointment. It blocks your calendar so no one can book you during the drive: before the appointment by default, or before and after if you set "A location's travel time blocks your calendar" to Before and after (Settings > Locations). For example, a 10:00-11:00 AM appointment with 30 minutes of travel blocks 9:30-11:00 AM, or 9:30-11:30 AM with Before and after.
Yes - coupons apply a percent or flat-amount discount, with an optional expiry date.
Yes - an add-on can be scoped to specific service types and separately marked required only for those, so extras like ceramic coating or pet-hair removal can apply (or be mandatory) only for the packages they're relevant to. See the full customization breakdown for every pricing-logic control.
Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. If you travel, the travel time on each location blocks your calendar around the appointment without showing on the client's side. A booking for two or three vehicles blocks the combined time. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
Set up your own booking page in a few minutes - clients book appointments, you manage everything from your own dashboard.
