Open a Completed booking and click Duplicate booking - the same client, services, add-ons and notes are filled in at your current prices (a job you quoted keeps the price you quoted, ready to change), so you just pick the next date. For a fixed schedule, set Repeat on New booking (every 1-4 weeks, up to 26 visits) - see repeating bookings. Clients who booked at a set price also get a Book again link in their thank-you email (quote jobs get the thank-you without it).
Yes - the Cleaning Business preset starts with the address required, and the form also asks how you'll get in (someone home, key, lockbox, door code or concierge) and where to park.
Yes - add each holiday under Blackout dates & times, with an optional reason for your own reference, and clients can't book that day.
Yes - each add-on can be required for specific services only. The preset starts with a Bedrooms, a Bathrooms and a Home Size choice on every clean, with the room counts priced higher for Deep and Move-Out: on a standard clean each bedroom over one adds $17 and each bathroom over one adds $25 ($13 for a half bath); on a deep or move-out clean it's $33 a bedroom and $50 a bathroom, with more time for each. Home size adds $13 to $63 from 1,000 to 3,500 sq ft. Every price is the time it adds at $50 an hour, and setup lets you put in your own rate. A 3-bedroom, 2-bath home of 1,800 sq ft comes to $183 for a standard clean, $317 for a deep clean and $367 for a move-out.
Yes - with location options. The Cleaning Business preset starts with "Within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (no charge), "20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$15) and "More than 40 miles (65 km) away - we confirm first" (+$30). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The drive time blocks your calendar but is never shown to the client.
