What you see. Bookings, calendar, clients, settings and analytics in one dashboard. Shown with sample data from a cleaning business; yours starts with your own services and prices.
What your clients see. The starter booking page for your trade, services already filled in. Clients pick a service and an open time, add a few details, and send the request. No account, no app.
Already have a website? Paste one line of code and your booking page opens right on it - card payments, deposits and all.
No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.
Turn on address collection so every booking includes exactly where to show up.
Custom fields collect a description of the work, optionally required.
Quantity add-ons let you price by the hour, fixture, or room.
Every setting below lives in your dashboard and takes effect on your public booking page immediately.
Collect the job address as part of the booking form.
Ask clients to describe the job before you arrive.
Charge for extra hours, fixtures, or rooms with a quantity clients set themselves.
Set your working hours and block off days you're unavailable.
Your drive blocks your calendar before the appointment (or before and after), and clients farther away pay a travel charge by distance.
Offer a referral discount code, with an optional expiry.
Tell us your business name. Your booking page starts with the Handyman Services services and add-ons shown above, so you're not starting from a blank page - change anything in Settings.
Set your hours, prices, policies, and notification preferences from your dashboard - most changes take seconds.
Send clients to your booking page, embed it on your site, or link it from social media. Bookings land straight in your dashboard.

No - turn on address collection in Booking Form Fields and it comes in with every booking automatically.
No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.
Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.
Yes - Custom Fields let you ask for a job description, optionally required.
Yes - an add-on can allow a quantity, so the price scales with how much extra time or material is needed.
Yes - with location options. The Handyman Services preset starts with "Within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (no charge), "20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$20) and "More than 40 miles (65 km) away - we confirm first" (+$40). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The extra price is added to the client's total and shown next to the location on your booking page. An optional note above the options can say where the distance is measured to. Each location also has a travel time - your drive. It is never shown to the client and is not added to their appointment. It blocks your calendar so no one can book you during the drive: before the appointment by default, or before and after if you set "A location's travel time blocks your calendar" to Before and after (Settings > Locations). For example, a 10:00-11:00 AM appointment with 30 minutes of travel blocks 9:30-11:00 AM, or 9:30-11:30 AM with Before and after.
Yes - Blackout Dates mark specific dates as fully unavailable, with an optional reason for your own reference.
Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. If you travel, the travel time on each location blocks your calendar around the appointment without showing on the client's side. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
Set up your own booking page in a few minutes - clients book appointments, you manage everything from your own dashboard.
