Yes. For services you switch on, Stripe Payments charges a deposit or the full price before the request is sent, into your own Stripe account. For a move priced from a quote request, ask for a card deposit from the booking (Booking Details > Card payment) once you've agreed the price.
Yes - the address is collected by default, and every booking also asks where they're moving or delivering to and what you're moving (one couch, a storage unit, a 2-bedroom apartment).
The move date (or that they're flexible), the size of the move (a few items up to 4+ bedrooms, or an office), both addresses, stairs at either end, and anything else - a piano, safe or pool table, packing help, boxes and packing materials, labor only or an extra stop - with up to 5 photos. Yes - 2 Movers & Truck ($130/hour) and 2 Movers, Labor Only ($100/hour) are hourly services with a 2-hour minimum, ready to switch on under Settings > Service types. Clients pick their best estimate of hours, counting the drive between homes, and if the move runs long you add the extra time to the booking afterward - even in quarter hours.
Yes - the quote form's "Anything else?" question lets them tick packing help or boxes and packing materials, so you can include them in the price you send.
Yes - service types can carry their own client-set quantity (e.g. hours for each crew size), and add-ons like Stairs (Per Flight) or Piano, Safe or Pool Table can be scoped or required for specific move types only. See the full customization breakdown for every pricing-logic control.
Yes - with location options. The Movers preset starts with "Within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (no charge), "20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$40) and "More than 40 miles (65 km) away - we confirm first" (+$80). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The drive time blocks your calendar but is never shown to the client.
