Repeating bookings for your regulars

Book a regular client weekly or every 2 to 4 weeks, up to 26 visits at once. Each visit is its own booking you can move or cancel.

Free plan, no credit card required

Set it up on New booking

Book the first visit and choose how often it repeats. Free on every plan.

  1. Open New booking and fill it in as usual - client, services, date and time.
  2. Under Schedule, pick Repeat: Every week, Every 2 weeks, Every 3 weeks or Every 4 weeks.
  3. Set Number of visits - from 2 to 26, counting the first.
  4. Create booking. You get one booking per visit, on the same day of the week at the same time.
1MinuteBooking New booking for Happy Tails Dog Walking, Schedule section: Confirmed, Tuesday October 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM, Repeat set to Every 2 weeks and Number of visits 6, with the hint 6 bookings at the same time every 2 weeks, the last on Tue, Dec 22, 2026. A visit that would overlap another booking, or fall on a day you've blacked out, is skipped - you'll see which.
Six walks, every other week, set up in one go. The hint shows when the last visit falls before you save.

Every visit copies the client, services, add-ons, location, answers to your questions and price. It works from Duplicate booking too - it opens New booking, so a regular can book their next run of visits before they leave.

Clashes are skipped - and named

A visit that would overlap another booking, or fall on a full-day blackout, isn't booked. The confirmation tells you exactly which, for example: "4 visits booked, every 2 weeks - skipped Tue, Nov 4 (overlaps another booking)."

Repeat is there for Pending or Confirmed bookings with a date, time and duration.

1MinuteBooking Booking Details for Priya Shah's Dog Walk with Happy Tails Dog Walking on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, 12:00 to 12:30 PM, $22.00, with the line Visit 1 of 6 in a repeating booking (every 2 weeks) and a Cancel the 5 later visits link.
Each visit knows where it sits in the series, and you can stop the rest in one click.
  • Move, cancel, complete or charge each visit separately. Changing one doesn't touch the others.
  • Booking Details shows the series, like "Visit 3 of 6 in a repeating booking (every 2 weeks)".
  • Cancel the later visits in one click. Cancel the N later visits cancels the later Pending and Confirmed visits. This visit and the earlier ones stay, and no emails are sent.

Emails, reminders and clients

  • No automatic confirmation or thank-you email. Like any booking you enter yourself, nothing is sent on its own. Use Email client on a booking to send the details.
  • Reminders do go out before each visit, once that client has booked with you online before. See appointment reminders.

Clients can't set up a series themselves

Repeating bookings are set up by you. On your booking page, clients book one visit at a time - and coming back is quick: when you mark a visit Completed, their thank-you email has a Book again button that fills in their last booking.

Thank-you email from Fade & Co. Barbershop: Hello Andre, your appointment on October 8, 2026 is complete, a green Book again button, then Happy with your visit? A quick Google review helps Fade & Co. Barbershop a lot, with a Leave a review button, and a footer with the shop's address, email, phone and an unsubscribe link.
The thank-you email: Book again for the next visit, and a Leave a review button once you've saved your Google reviews link.

The Leave a review button links to the Google reviews link saved in Settings > Photos & reviews (Pro). It's on by default and only shows once a link is saved. Full details on repeating bookings are in the help center.

Questions

Can clients book a repeating series themselves?

No. You set up repeating bookings from New booking. Clients book one visit at a time on your booking page, and the Book again button in their thank-you email makes the next one quick.

How often can a booking repeat?

Every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks or every 4 weeks, for 2 to 26 visits counting the first. Every visit is on the same day of the week at the same time.

What if one of the dates is taken?

A visit that would overlap another booking or fall on a full-day blackout is skipped, and the confirmation names each skipped date and why. Book that one separately if you like.

Can I change just one visit?

Yes. Each visit is its own booking - move, cancel, complete or charge it without touching the others.

How do I stop a series?

Open a visit and click Cancel the N later visits. Later Pending and Confirmed visits are cancelled; that visit and earlier ones stay. No emails are sent.

Do clients get emails for each visit?

No confirmation or thank-you is sent automatically for bookings you enter. Reminders do go out before each visit once the client has booked with you online before.

What does it cost?

Repeating bookings are free on every plan.
