Every setting below is a real, free-plan control in your 1minutebooking dashboard - not a roadmap item. This page documents them in one place so it's clear exactly how far the customization goes.
Settings > Add-ons. Each add-on is its own priced, optional (or required) extra - the logic below decides how it behaves per booking.
Turn on "Allow multiple quantities" and a client picks a number - e.g. 3 bedrooms - up to a maximum you choose (up to 10,000). Price scales automatically with quantity.
"Allow only preselected options" turns an add-on into a short list of choices (single-choice or multiple-choice) where every option can carry a different price and a different amount of added time - e.g. a rush-fee add-on with "Next day (+$20)" and "Same day (+$50, +30 min)" as separate options.
"Add-on available to all service types" is a toggle - leave it off and pick exactly which service types the add-on can even be attached to.
"Require this add-on to be selected for a service type" is set independently of which services the add-on merely applies to - so an add-on can be optional for most services and mandatory for one specific one (e.g. "Bedrooms" required only for "Deep Cleaning").
Settings > Service Types. The services themselves carry their own quantity and combination logic, separate from add-ons.
Not just add-ons - a service type can allow a client-set quantity too (e.g. "Crew Size" or "Vehicles at this address"), with its own min/max.
"Allow multiple services to be selected at once" can apply account-wide or be restricted per service type, so you decide which combinations are valid rather than allowing (or blocking) everything at once.
Settings > Business Info & Availability. These decide when a slot is actually bookable, beyond just open/closed hours.
Optional - display your per-day hours directly on the public page, or keep them hidden and rely on the calendar alone.
On by default - a service that starts at 5:45pm with a 30-minute duration can still book against an 6pm close, instead of the last valid slot cutting off early.
By default, an unconfirmed request holds its time slot like a confirmed one. Turn it off to let other clients keep requesting that slot until you confirm one of them.
Require a set number of hours (1-168) between "now" and the earliest bookable slot, so clients can't book five minutes before you're supposed to show up.
A fixed 5-60 minute gap added after every booking before the next slot opens - so back-to-back bookings never actually touch.
Settings > Booking Form Fields. What you ask a client for, beyond picking a service and a time.
Email, phone, and address can each be shown or hidden, and separately marked optional or required - not a single all-or-nothing contact-info block.
Free text, single choice (radio), or multiple choice (checkboxes) - each with its own label (e.g. "Any special requests?"), each independently markable as required, and reorderable.
Add your own locations and require clients to choose one (radio) or allow several (checkboxes), depending on how your business operates.
Most general scheduling software is built around staff and multi-location teams first, with per-service pricing logic as an afterthought. For a solo operator, the depth is usually the other way around.
