Free online booking and scheduling for solo and small service businesses
When someone finds you on Google Search or Maps, they can tap through and book a time instead of calling. Here is how to add the link, what Google checks, and what to do when it gets rejected.
You need a verified Business Profile and your booking page link, which looks like 1minutebooking.com/book/your-business.
Google checks link changes before publishing them on Search and Maps, so your link may not appear straight away.
Google's business link policies are short, and most rejected links break one of them.
You can't add a booking link until your business is verified.
The link has to let customers complete a booking. A home page, contact page or contact form doesn't count.
Social media pages, messaging links, app store links and link shorteners aren't accepted as booking links.
Spaces, backslashes, stray symbols or a doubled http:// make Google reject a link as invalid.
Google revisits links, at most daily. Pages that block bots, need a login or show a captcha first can be removed.
Not every business category can have booking links, and some countries don't support every link type.
Your 1MinuteBooking page is a public page where clients book directly. There's no login, and the captcha only appears when someone sends a request, not when the page opens.
There are two kinds of booking on Google, and they look different.
Booking links are links you add yourself, as above. They open your own booking page. Google doesn't show performance numbers for custom links in your Business Profile, so check your bookings in 1MinuteBooking instead.
Reserve with Google is Google's partner program. Businesses that use a partner's booking system can get a Book button that takes bookings without leaving Google. 1MinuteBooking isn't a Reserve with Google partner, so your link works as a booking link that opens your booking page.

Open your profile on Google Search and select Booking (on Google Maps, select Edit profile, then Booking). Select Add link, paste your booking page link and select Save. Your profile has to be verified first.
Usually because the link doesn't go straight to a page where customers can book, such as a home page or contact form, or because it has spaces or extra characters. Paste the direct link to your booking page.
The Book button that takes bookings inside Google comes from Reserve with Google partners. Any business can add its own booking link instead, which opens its booking page.
No. Google doesn't accept social media pages, messaging links or link shorteners as booking links. Use your booking page link.
