How it works

A short chat about your work, then a page you can check.

  1. Sign up and pick Other / General Services as your type of business.
  2. Tell the setup assistant what you do, in your own words and your own language. It may ask one or two short questions - answer them, or tap Set it up now.
  3. See what it set up in a card under the chat - your services with prices and lengths, or your quote form - with your live preview updating beside it.
  4. Ask for changes ("make the consultation free", "change it to $120 an hour") and press Send, or press Continue and edit anything yourself.
  5. Pick your hours and press Publish. Nothing is live until you do.
The Setup assistant chat. The owner wrote I'm a tattoo artist. The assistant asks whether they mostly do small flash or set-size pieces with set prices, or custom work priced by size and time, and whether clients come to their studio - or say go and it will set it up now. Below is a Set it up now button and a message box with Send.
It asks what it needs to know - or tap Set it up now.
The setup wizard after the tattoo artist tapped Set it up now. The reply says it set up a free consultation, a tattoo session priced by size with add-ons for colour and numbing cream, and a touch-up, with custom and large pieces going through the quote form. The card below lists Consultation, free, 30 min; Tattoo Session $120, 1 hr; Touch-Up $50, 30 min. The live preview on the right shows the Black Lotus Tattoo booking page.
Seconds later: your services, prices and lengths, with your booking page updated beside them.

It sets you up the way your trade sells

Not every business can show a price online. The assistant asks one question about your work: could a good pro in your trade name the price before seeing the job?

Yes: set prices, with options

For work with a known price - a haircut, a lesson, a small tattoo, a cleaning - clients see the exact price and book a time. Where the price depends on the size or type, it adds a required choice that prices it, plus extras like colour or numbing cream. Anything bigger or unusual goes to your quote form.

The Your services & prices step for the tattoo artist: Consultation $0, 30 min; Tattoo Session $120, 1 hr, with the note Clients also pick Tattoo Size, total $120-$280; Touch-Up $50, 30 min. Quote requests are on too. Add-ons: Tattoo Size, Add Colour and 1 more.
The tattoo session is one service, priced by a required size choice.
The Black Lotus Tattoo booking page on a phone with Tattoo Session picked: a required Tattoo Size choice (bigger than 15 cm? Request a quote instead), Add Colour +$30, +20 min and Numbing Cream +$15, with a total of $120.00 at the bottom.
What a client sees: the size they pick sets the price.

No, it depends on what they find: Quotes only

For repair and installation work - electrical, plumbing, heating, appliances - the price depends on what the pro finds when they get there. So the page opens on a quote form built like the phone call a tradesperson would have: what's needed, the property, where the problem is and how urgent. Your service call and free estimate visit are set up too, switched off, ready if you'd rather take bookings.

The setup card for an electrician: Your page opens on your quote form, with the questions What do you need?, Property type, Roughly how old is the building?, Size of the work, Where is the work?, How soon do you need it? and Details. Recommended: Quotes only - 3 services are ready if you pick Set prices and quotes on the next step.
An electrician's setup: Quotes only, with three visits ready to switch on.
The Bright Spark Electric booking page on a phone, opening on Request a quote. What do you need? lists Repair or troubleshooting, New circuit or outlets, Lighting installation, Panel or service upgrade, EV charger installation, Generator or transfer switch, Inspection or safety check and Other.
Clients start with the job they need, in plain words.

No, it's designed from scratch: a consultation and your quote form

Custom furniture, murals, renovations: clients describe the project, book a consultation or estimate, and you reply with a price.

The one that fits your work is marked Recommended on the How do clients book you? step - pick the other style with one tap if you prefer it.

What it sets up

The same things a ready-made trade setup has - written for your work.

  • Services with prices and lengths: one price, per hour or per item only when your client chooses how much (lesson hours, number of walks, rooms), prepaid packages for things clients buy again and again, and a free consultation or estimate where your trade has one.
  • Required choices and extras that price the job: a size, a type, a length, and add-ons like colour or a second item.
  • A quote form with the questions your trade needs to price a job, and photos when they help.
  • Booking questions you need before an appointment, like age, allergies or how to get in.
  • Where you work: at your place, at the client's with travel fees by distance, both, or online.
  • A short note for your booking page, under your business name.

Change a price in the chat and everything built on it follows - lower your hourly rate and a package priced from it drops too, keeping the same discount.

Good to know

  • The prices are a starting point - typical prices for your kind of work in your currency. Check them before you publish.
  • You're in charge. Everything it sets up is yours to rename, reprice, untick or delete, in setup and later in Settings.
  • Want to start over? Clear chat puts your page back to the basic starter and the conversation starts again.
  • Your trade is on our list? Pick it instead - those start from a setup tested with real businesses in that trade.
  • Rather do it yourself? Press Skip for a simple template you fill in yourself.

Questions

Who gets the setup assistant?

Anyone who picks Other / General Services when they set up their page - the businesses our list of trades doesn't cover, like tattoo artists, electricians, piano tuners or upholsterers. Listed trades start from a ready-made setup for that trade instead.

What do I type?

What you'd tell a new client about your work - "I'm a tattoo artist" is enough to start. If it needs to know more, it asks one or two short questions, like what you mostly do or how you usually price. Answer them, or tap Set it up now and it builds with sensible guesses.

Will it set prices or Quotes only?

It works out how your trade really sells. Work with a known price - a haircut, a lesson, a small tattoo - gets set prices with options like size and extras, plus a quote form for anything unusual. Work priced after a look - electrical, plumbing, repairs and installs - gets Quotes only, with a quote form built like a phone call and your service call and estimate visit ready to switch on. Custom work designed from scratch gets Quotes only with a consultation. You can pick the other style with one tap.

Are the prices right for me?

They're typical prices for your kind of work in your currency, as a starting point. Change any price on the Services step or later in Settings > Service types.

Can I change what it made?

Yes. Ask in the chat - "make the consultation free", "change it to $120 an hour" - and it updates everything that follows from it, like a package priced from that rate. Or edit everything yourself in the next steps. Nothing goes live until you press Publish.

Can I start over?

Yes. Clear chat empties the conversation and puts your page back to the basic starter, so you can describe your business again.

Can I write in my own language?

Yes. Describe your business in your language and your services, descriptions and questions are written in it.

How many messages can I send?

Plenty to describe your business and ask for changes while you set up your page. After that, edit everything by hand in the setup steps and in Settings.

Can I skip it?

Yes. Press Skip and you start from a simple template - a free consultation, a 30-minute appointment, an hourly appointment and a short quote form - that you rename and reprice yourself.

What happens to what I type?

It's used only to set up your booking page. It's sent to an AI service provider to write your setup and isn't shown to your clients or used for anything else - see our privacy policy.

What does it cost?

Nothing. It's part of setting up your page on every plan, including the free one.

We'll ask which Google account to use next.
