Clients book event makeup, hair, lessons and bridal trials at your price, add friends per person and pay a deposit. Big wedding parties check your date first.
Clients pick event makeup, hair styling, a lesson or a bridal trial and anyone getting ready with them and see the total before they send the request. You confirm it, and Stripe can take a deposit or the full price. How deposits work
Big wedding parties and several getting-ready locations come in through a Check availability form with the date, headcount and where they're getting ready. You reply with a price, and they can pay a deposit by card from the quote. How quote requests work
The thank-you email has a Book again button with the client's last booking filled in. How rebooking works
Event looks, lessons, bridal trials and wedding days, per-person pricing for groups, airbrush and lash upgrades, and a Check availability form for big parties.
List every look, lesson, trial and wedding-day service with its own duration and price.
Offer airbrush or lashes on makeup and extensions on hair, while per-person slots stay on the services they belong to.
The address field and travel charge show only for 'We come to you' bookings - a client coming to your studio just answers 'studio'.
Block off wedding Saturdays and event days you're already booked, in one click.
Offer a prom-season, weekday or off-season discount code, with an optional expiry.
Add a Book Now button to your own site or your Instagram link in bio.
Makeup artists searching for booking apps mostly land on Vagaro, Booksy and GlossGenius. They're good at salon-style appointments, payments and marketing, and they're priced like it.
For freelance hair and makeup, the details that matter are different: the occasion and date, how many people are getting ready, where you're doing it and the travel, and a deposit so the date is yours. 1MinuteBooking asks for those details on every booking, prices each look and each extra person up front, and sends big wedding parties to a Check availability form.
If you want to be found by new clients on a marketplace, a platform like Booksy is built for that. If your bookings come from Instagram and referrals, 1MinuteBooking turns them into paid bookings for proms, parties, shoots and weddings. It's free, with no time limit.

If you want a marketplace and point of sale, Vagaro, Booksy and GlossGenius are built for that. If your clients already find you on Instagram and you need event looks, lessons, bridal trials and deposits handled, 1MinuteBooking does it for free.
Yes. 1MinuteBooking's free plan has no time limit and includes bookings, card deposits, Check availability requests with photos, group bookings, upgrades, address collection and coupons. Pro is $10 USD a month.
Yes - the trials and the wedding-day services are separate, each with its own price and length, so a bride books and pays for each on its own - with hair and makeup together in one appointment if she wants both.
Yes - per-person add-ons sit on the event and wedding-day services: Another Person - Event Makeup ($80) for friends getting ready for the same prom or party, and Bridesmaid or Family - Makeup ($100) on the bride's day-of booking. Bigger parties use the Check availability form, which asks how many people are getting ready.
Yes - every booking and every Check availability request asks where the client is getting ready (or "studio" if they're coming to you), so you always know where to be.
Yes. A confirmed booking holds its time. To keep the rest of a wedding Saturday free, add the date under Blackout Dates & Times and no one else can book it.
Yes. Turn on Stripe Payments and clients pay a deposit or the full price when they book an event look, a lesson or a trial. For a wedding party priced from a Check availability request, send your price with a deposit link (Booking Details > Card payment) once you've agreed it.
Yes - make a weekday, prom-season or off-season code in Settings > Coupons, a percent or flat amount off before tax with an optional expiry date, and share it with clients.
Yes - with location options. The Hair & Makeup Artist preset starts with "Our studio" (no charge, for clients who come to you), "We come to you - within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (+$25), "We come to you - 20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$50) and "We come to you - more than 40 miles (65 km) away, we confirm first" (+$100). Clients who come to you see your business address on the booking page and in their emails. Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The drive time blocks your calendar but is never shown to the client.
