Calendly books a slot. 1MinuteBooking sells your sessions and your 5- or 10-session packages, paid up front.
A 5- or 10-session package books the first session. Clients book the rest from their own link, and you see what's left on their profile. How packages work
Connect your own Stripe account and clients pay a deposit or the full price by card as they book. No monthly fee: 2% per card payment, plus Stripe's fee. How deposits work
Clients choose where they train. Home sessions add a travel fee and block your drive time, and online sessions skip the address. How travel fees work
No add-ons to buy and no per-feature upgrades. Pro, at $10 a month, only adds your branding, Excel export and analytics.
Bookings are confirmed the moment they come in, with a confirmation email. Bookings that look risky still wait for you. How it works
Clients get the date, time and address by email 24 hours before, or when you choose. How it works
A Manage booking button lets clients move or cancel up to a cutoff you set. You get an email for every change. How it works
When you mark a booking Completed, the client gets a Book again button with their last booking filled in. How it works
Book a regular weekly or every 2 to 4 weeks, up to 26 visits at once. Each visit can still be moved on its own. How it works
Every booking shows up in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar, and moves and cancellations update by themselves. How it works
Paste one line of code, and clients book and pay right on your site.

Trainers comparing booking software usually land on Setmore, Square Appointments and gym platforms like Mindbody or Trainerize. Gym platforms add memberships, classes and workout programming. General schedulers book a slot but don't do packages well.
If you run classes or a gym, a studio platform fits better. For 1-on-1 training, 1MinuteBooking books sessions and packages and lets clients rebook themselves. It's free, with no time limit.
Your booking page with stock photos, bookings and quote requests.
Your logo, your own photos and colors, Excel export and analytics, and no "Powered by" badge.
Gyms and studios use platforms like Mindbody. A trainer working 1-on-1 mainly needs session lengths, packages and notice rules - 1MinuteBooking does that for free.
Yes. 1MinuteBooking's free plan has no time limit and includes sessions, packages, add-ons and buffer time. Pro ($10 USD a month) adds your logo and your own photos.
Yes. Turn on Stripe Payments and the 5-Session Package ($375) or 10-Session Package ($700) can be charged before the booking goes through, into your own Stripe account. Clients then book the rest of their sessions from the link in their confirmation email, already paid for. How prepaid packages work.
Yes - the starter menu has 1-on-1 sessions of 30 minutes ($50) and 60 minutes ($80), plus a Partner Session for 2 ($110). Clients can take any of them online by video call at no extra charge.
Use Duplicate booking: once a session is marked Completed, open it and click Duplicate booking, and the same client, session and add-ons are filled in for the next date. A 10-session package needs neither: clients book each next session from their package link, and you can book one for them from their profile.
Clients can also rebook themselves: when you mark a booking Completed, they're emailed a thank-you with a Book again link that fills in their last booking at your current prices - they just pick the next date.
Yes - each add-on can be limited to certain sessions. The starter menu has none, so add your own - extra time or a meal plan, say - and pick the sessions each one goes with.
Yes - turn on Require a minimum notice window? in Settings > Hours & availability and set it to 24 hours, so nobody can book less than a day ahead. New accounts start at 2 hours.
Yes - with location options. The Personal Training / Fitness preset starts with "Our gym or studio" (no charge), "Your home" (+$15), "Outdoors (park, track, etc.)" (+$10) and "Online (video call)" (no charge). Clients who come to you see your business address on the booking page and in their emails. Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The drive time blocks your calendar but is never shown to the client.
Yes - the booking form asks about any injuries or health conditions, and outdoor sessions ask where to meet: a park, track or trail.
