Ready to go? Create your free booking page
What you see. Bookings, calendar, clients, settings and analytics in one dashboard. Shown with sample data from a cleaning business; yours starts with your own services and prices.
What your clients see. The starter booking page for your trade, services already filled in. Clients pick a service and an open time, add a few details, and send the request. No account, no app.
Already have a website? Paste one line of code and your booking page opens right on it - card payments, deposits and all.
No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.
No studio software or shared class calendars - just your own hours and the sessions you actually offer.
When a client picks Your home, the booking form asks for their address - so you know where to go.
List a couples or partner session as its own service with its own price and duration.
Every setting below lives in your dashboard and takes effect on your public booking page immediately.
List every session type you offer with its own duration and price.
Restrict an add-on to the session types it makes sense for.
Only home sessions ask for an address - studio, outdoor and online bookings skip it.
Going to the client blocks your drive time on your calendar (before, or before and after) and adds a travel charge to their total.
Offer a referral or package discount code, with an optional expiry.
Add a 'Book a Session' link to your own site or Instagram bio.
Tell us your business name. Your booking page starts with the Yoga & Pilates Instructor session types and add-ons shown above, so you're not starting from a blank page - change anything in Settings.
Set your hours, prices, policies, and notification preferences from your dashboard - most changes take seconds.
Send clients to your booking page, embed it on your site, or link it from social media. Bookings land straight in your dashboard.
Upgrade to Pro for your own branding, your logo, no "Powered by" badge, and Excel exports.
Yes - list it as a separate service type with its own price and duration, so it never gets mixed up with a solo session.
No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.
Use Duplicate booking. Once a session is marked Completed, open it and click Duplicate booking - the New booking form opens pre-filled with the same client, session type, add-ons, address and notes, so you just pick the next date and time. The price is recalculated from your current rates, and a banner tells you if it's changed since last time. Future sessions aren't generated automatically - it's one quick step after each session rather than a set-and-forget schedule.
Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.
Yes - when a client picks Your home, the booking form asks for their address. The studio, outdoors and online options don't ask for one.
Yes - with location options. The Yoga & Pilates Instructor preset starts with "Studio" (no charge), "Your home" (+$15), "Outdoors (park, beach, etc.)" (+$10) and "Online (video call)" (no charge). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The extra price is added to the client's total and shown next to the location on your booking page. Each location also has a travel time - your drive. It is never shown to the client and is not added to their appointment. It blocks your calendar so no one can book you during the drive: before the appointment by default, or before and after if you set "A location's travel time blocks your calendar" to Before and after (Settings > Locations). For example, a 10:00-11:00 AM appointment with 30 minutes of travel blocks 9:30-11:00 AM, or 9:30-11:30 AM with Before and after.
No - 1MinuteBooking is entirely web-based and works from any browser, on desktop or mobile.
Yes - coupons apply a percent or flat-amount discount to the pre-tax subtotal, with an optional expiry date.
Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. If you travel, the travel time on each location blocks your calendar around the appointment without showing on the client's side. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
Set up your own booking page in a few minutes - clients book appointments, you manage everything from your own dashboard.
