Ready to go? Create your free booking page
What you see. Bookings, calendar, clients, settings and analytics in one dashboard. Shown with sample data from a cleaning business; yours starts with your own services and prices.
What your clients see. The starter booking page for your trade, services already filled in. Clients pick a service and an open time, add a few details, and send the request. No account, no app.
Already have a website? Paste one line of code and your booking page opens right on it - card payments, deposits and all.
No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.
No staff accounts or shared calendars to manage - just your own hours and services.
Offer a hot towel shave or beard line-up as an add-on, restricted to the cuts it makes sense with.
Add a gap after every cut for cleanup, sweeping up, or running a few minutes behind.
Every setting below lives in your dashboard and takes effect on your public booking page immediately.
List every cut you offer with its own duration and price.
A hot towel shave offered only with a full cut, not a kids cut, for example.
Add a fixed gap between appointments so you always have breathing room.
A dad and his kids, or two friends, book back-to-back cuts in one booking.
Offer a referral or loyalty discount code, with an optional expiry.
Add a "Book Now" link straight to your Instagram bio or your own site.
Tell us your business name. Your booking page starts with the Barbershop services and add-ons shown above, so you're not starting from a blank page - change anything in Settings.
Set your hours, prices, policies, and notification preferences from your dashboard - most changes take seconds.
Send clients to your booking page, embed it on your site, or link it from social media. Bookings land straight in your dashboard.

Yes - up to 3 people. After picking the first cut, the client taps "+ Add another person" and picks the next person's service and add-ons. The cuts run one after another, so the booking is as long as all of them together and the price is the sum; the date, time and contact details are asked once. Your bookings, receipts and emails list each person separately.
Yes - each add-on can be restricted to specific service types, like offering a hot towel shave only with a full cut.
No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.
Use Duplicate booking. Once a cut is marked Completed, open it and click Duplicate booking - the New booking form opens pre-filled with the same client, service, add-ons and notes, so you just pick the next date and time. The price is recalculated from your current rates, and a banner tells you if it's changed since last time. Future appointments aren't generated automatically - it's one quick step after each appointment rather than a set-and-forget schedule.
Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.
Yes - buffer time keeps a fixed gap of 5 to 60 minutes before and after every booked appointment.
Each 1MinuteBooking account is built around one person's calendar. If more than one barber wants their own page, each signs up separately with their own free account and link.
No - 1MinuteBooking is entirely web-based and works from any browser, on desktop or mobile.
Yes - coupons apply a percent or flat-amount discount to the pre-tax subtotal, with an optional expiry date.
Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. A booking for two or three people blocks the combined time. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
Set up your own booking page in a few minutes - clients book appointments, you manage everything from your own dashboard.
