Every set priced right, from removal to nail art

General booking apps sell a time slot. 1MinuteBooking prices the whole visit: the set, the soak-off and every nail of art.

Removals and art priced in

Clients say if they're wearing gel, dip or acrylic, so a removal adds its own time and price, and nail art is priced per nail. Every pricing control

Questions nail technicians ask

What's the best booking app for nail techs?

Salons with several techs often use Booksy, Vagaro or Mangomint. A solo nail tech who needs services, per-nail art, removals and fills can use 1MinuteBooking for free.

Is there a free nail salon booking system?

Yes. 1MinuteBooking's free plan has no time limit and includes services, per-nail add-ons, group bookings and buffer time. Pro ($10 USD a month) adds your logo and colors.

Can I take a deposit for a full set?

Yes. With Stripe Payments on, a deposit or the full price is charged before the booking goes through, into your own Stripe account - useful for long services like a Full Set Acrylics or Gel-X Extensions.

Can two friends book their nails together?

Yes - up to 3 people in one booking. After picking the first person's services, the client taps "+ Add another person" and picks the next person's services and add-ons (a manicure for one, a mani and pedi for the other). The appointments run one after another, so the booking is as long as all of them together and the price is the sum; the date, time and contact details are asked once. Your bookings, receipts and emails list each person separately.

Can I charge for nail art per nail?

Yes - Nail Art (Per Nail) is +$5 and 3 minutes each, so the price and the time grow with the count.

How do I rebook clients for their regular fill or next set?

Use Duplicate booking. Once a full set is marked Completed, open it and click Duplicate booking, switch the service to Acrylic Fill and pick the next date and time.

Clients can also rebook themselves: when you mark a booking Completed, they're emailed a thank-you with a Book again link that fills in their last booking at your current prices - they just pick the next date.

Do clients pay for removing an old set?

Yes - most services ask whether they're wearing gel, dip or acrylic now. Removal adds $10 and 15 minutes for hands or feet, or $20 and 30 minutes for both.

We'll ask which Google account to use next.
