Free online booking for beauty and wellness businesses
What you see. A sample dashboard, shown with a cleaning business's bookings.
What your clients see. A starter booking page, before you change anything.
Each page shows the exact services, add-ons and quote questions that trade starts with, and opens a live demo of its booking page.
List your cuts, color, blowouts and updos with a price, set your hours, and clients book themselves.
Set your hours, list your cuts, fades and beard trims with a price, and clients book themselves.
List your manicures, sets and fills with a price, set your hours, and clients book themselves.
List your full sets, fills, lifts and brow lamination with a price and time, set your hours, and clients book themselves.
Clients book makeup, blowouts, updos, lessons and bridal trials at your prices, add friends or bridesmaids per person, and pay a deposit; big wedding parties request a quote.
List your sessions by length and type, set your hours, and clients book themselves.
Set your hours, list your sessions and packages, and clients book themselves.
List your private, partner and group sessions, set your hours and where you teach, and clients book themselves.
You can change every service, price, question and rule in Settings.
Each page starts with the trade's real menu: cuts, color and treatments; full sets, fills and lifts; massages and training sessions by length. Every service has a time and a price the client sees before booking, and add-ons like a bond treatment or bottom lashes. Hair and makeup pages add a Request a quote form for big wedding parties next to the trials and day-of services.
Salon, barber and nail pages let a client add up to three people to one appointment, each with their own service and extras, done one after another. The appointment is as long as all of them together. How booking more than one works.
Clients come to you, so the booking form doesn't ask where they live, and they see your business address on the booking page and in their emails. Massage therapists, trainers and yoga instructors who also travel start with location options instead: your studio or the client's home (or outdoors, for trainers and yoga), each with its own price.
No add-ons to buy and no per-feature upgrades. Pro, at $10 a month, only adds your branding, Excel export and analytics.
Clients pay a deposit or the full price by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay as they book, straight into your own Stripe account. How it works
Bookings are confirmed the moment they come in, with a confirmation email. Bookings that look risky still wait for you. How it works
Clients get the date, time and address by email 24 hours before, or when you choose. How it works
A Manage booking button lets clients move or cancel up to a cutoff you set. You get an email for every change. How it works
When you mark a booking Completed, the client gets a Book again button with their last booking filled in. How it works
Every booking shows up in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar, and moves and cancellations update by themselves. How it works

Yes. Once an appointment is marked Completed, open it and click Duplicate booking: the new booking form opens with the same client, service and add-ons, so a fill every three weeks or a cut every month is just picking the next date. For a regular on a set schedule, you can also set up a repeating booking on New booking - every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks, up to 26 appointments.
Clients can also rebook themselves: when you mark a booking Completed, they're emailed a thank-you with a Book again link that fills in their last booking at your current prices - they just pick the next date.
Hair stylist, barber, nail, lash and hair and makeup pages start with that on: a cut and a color, a manicure and a pedicure, a haircut and a beard trim in one booking. Services that only make sense on their own, like a free consultation, stay single.
Yes. Buffer time keeps a gap of 5 to 60 minutes before and after every appointment, and clients only see start times that leave room for it.
Optionally, through Stripe: require a flat or percentage deposit, or the full price, before the booking goes through. Your cancellation policy, shown on the booking page, can say when a deposit is kept. Off by default, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Clients also get a reminder email before each confirmed appointment (24 hours before by default), so fewer forget.
Sign up here and pick your trade in setup - hair, barbering, nails, lashes, makeup, massage, training or yoga - and your page starts set up for it. You can change anything later.
