Yes - the starter Wedding Bar Service - Time Arranged With You skips the time picker. The couple books it to request their date (they write it in the notes) and pays any deposit, it arrives Pending with no time, and you set the time once you've agreed the timeline. Any service can work this way: tick "Clients don't pick a time" on it in Settings. How it works
No. Clients can buy it from your shopping list. If you're licensed to sell alcohol, the starter We Supply the Alcohol add-on lets them add it when they book, priced by guest count - remove it in Settings if you aren't.
They pick their guest count, and you staff to it. Bar Service (4 Hours) is $450 and asks for a Guest Count: up to 75 guests (included), 76-150 (+$300) or 151-225 (+$600). Its description says you bring about one bartender for every 75 guests - edit that line to match how you staff - and a client who wants a different setup says so in the notes; bookings come in as requests, so you agree it before confirming. A party that runs longer adds Extra Hours, each named by guest count, and they lengthen the booking on your calendar. Bigger events come in as a quote request.
Every bar booking asks for a Drinks Menu: beer and wine (included), beer, wine and 2 signature cocktails (+$75), or a full cocktail menu (+$150). Mixers, ice, garnishes and cups, glassware rental and the alcohol itself are optional and picked by guest count - up to 50, 51-100, 101-150 or 151-225 guests - so nobody has to work out how much ice to order.
Yes - with location options. The Mobile Bartending preset starts with "Within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (no charge), "20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$30) and "More than 40 miles (65 km) away - we confirm first" (+$60). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The drive time blocks your calendar but is never shown to the client.
