Ready to go? Create your free booking page
What you see. Bookings, calendar, clients, settings and analytics in one dashboard. Shown with sample data from a cleaning business; yours starts with your own services and prices.
What your clients see. The starter booking page for your trade, services already filled in. Clients pick a service and an open time, add a few details, and send the request. No account, no app.
Already have a website? Paste one line of code and your booking page opens right on it - card payments, deposits and all.
No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.
No staff accounts or shared calendars - just your own car, your own hours, and the lessons you actually offer.
Since you pick up the student, the booking form asks for their address by default.
A Road Test Prep Lesson and a Road Test Car & Warm-Up booking sit next to standard, highway and defensive lessons - each with its own price and length.
Every setting below lives in your dashboard and takes effect on your public booking page immediately.
List every lesson type you offer with its own duration and price.
Add a mock road test or extra time as an add-on and offer it only with the lesson types it makes sense for.
Mobile-service business types collect the student's pickup address on the booking form by default.
Your drive blocks your calendar before the appointment (or before and after), and clients farther away pay a travel charge by distance.
Offer a discount for a block of lessons booked in advance, with an optional expiry.
Add a 'Book a Lesson' link to your driving school website.
Tell us your business name. Your booking page starts with the Driving Instructor lesson types shown above, so you're not starting from a blank page - change anything in Settings.
Set your hours, prices, policies, and notification preferences from your dashboard - most changes take seconds.
Send students to your booking page, embed it on your site, or link it from social media. Bookings land straight in your dashboard.

Yes - add a Mock Road Test add-on and restrict it to the Road Test Prep Lesson. The preset starts without add-ons, so it's yours to price.
No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.
Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.
Yes - since you pick up the student, the booking form collects their address by default.
Yes - buffer time keeps a fixed gap of 5 to 60 minutes before and after every booked lesson, so no other lesson can be booked right up against it.
No - 1MinuteBooking is entirely web-based and works from any browser, on desktop or mobile.
Yes - coupons apply a percent or flat-amount discount to the pre-tax subtotal, with an optional expiry date.
Yes - with location options. The Driving Instructor preset starts with "Within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (no charge), "20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$15) and "More than 40 miles (65 km) away - we confirm first" (+$30). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The extra price is added to the client's total and shown next to the location on your booking page. An optional note above the options can say where the distance is measured to. Each location also has a travel time - your drive. It is never shown to the client and is not added to their appointment. It blocks your calendar so no one can book you during the drive: before the appointment by default, or before and after if you set "A location's travel time blocks your calendar" to Before and after (Settings > Locations). For example, a 10:00-11:00 AM appointment with 30 minutes of travel blocks 9:30-11:00 AM, or 9:30-11:30 AM with Before and after.
Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. If you travel, the travel time on each location blocks your calendar around the appointment without showing on the client's side. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
Set up your own booking page in a few minutes - clients book appointments, you manage everything from your own dashboard.
