When they do, raise that booking to the repair price with an Adjustment. If a quote request needs a look first, reply with the diagnostic fee as your quoted price.

Can a client book two e-bikes, or a flat and a brake job, at once?

Yes, once you switch the services on - up to 3 vehicles in one booking, each with its own repairs and its own make and model answer, and several repairs per vehicle (a flat and a brake service, say). They run one after another, so the booking is as long as all of them together and the price is the sum.

Can I do mobile repairs or pickups?

Yes - clients pick Drop off at our shop or We come to you (home or work), which adds $30 and asks for the address; the 30-minute drive blocks your calendar but isn't shown to them. On the quote form, riders can also ask you to pick it up and bring it back, and say whether it can still be ridden.
