No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add Client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use Create Booking / Quote to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email Client to send a pre-filled confirmation.
Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.

Yes - with location options. The Locksmith preset starts with "Our location" (no charge, for clients who come to you), "We come to you - within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (no charge), "We come to you - 20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$20) and "We come to you - more than 40 miles (65 km) away, we confirm first" (+$40). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Booking Form Fields > Location options. The extra price is added to the client's total and shown next to the location on your booking page. An optional note above the options can say where the distance is measured to. Each location also has a travel time - your drive. It is never shown to the client and is not added to their appointment. It blocks your calendar so no one can book you during the drive: before the appointment by default, or before and after if you set "A location's travel time blocks your calendar" to Before and after (Settings > Booking Form Fields). For example, a 10:00-11:00 AM appointment with 30 minutes of travel blocks 9:30-11:00 AM, or 9:30-11:30 AM with Before and after.
