Built around how tree crews actually quote jobs

No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.

Built for one crew

No dispatch board or shared calendars - just your own equipment, your own hours, and the jobs you actually take.

Address collected up front

Since every job happens at the property, the booking form asks for the address by default.

Quote trees, book stumps

The quote form asks how many trees, the height of the largest, what's nearby and whether to haul the wood - stump grinding books outright, priced by diameter.

Questions tree trimming & arborist businesses ask

Can I offer a free estimate as its own booking type?

Yes - Free On-Site Estimate is its own $0 service next to Stump Grinding. Trimming, removal and storm cleanup go through the quote form, or the client books the estimate and you price on site.

Do clients have to book through my booking page, or can I add bookings myself?

No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.

Can clients pay me by credit or debit card?

Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.

Can I charge per extra stump on the same job?

Yes - Additional Stump is a quantity add-on on Stump Grinding, with Surface Root Grinding and Grindings Haul-Away priced per stump too. Trees are different: trimming and removal are quoted, and the quote form asks how many trees so your price covers them.

Can clients tell me if there are power lines nearby?

Yes - add a custom question about power lines or nearby structures so your crew arrives prepared.

Do clients need to download anything to book?

No - 1MinuteBooking is entirely web-based and works from any browser, on desktop or mobile.

Can I offer a discount for a multi-tree job?

Yes - coupons apply a percent or flat-amount discount to the pre-tax subtotal, with an optional expiry date.

Can I charge for travel, and block time on my calendar for the drive?

Yes - with location options. The Tree Trimming & Arborists preset starts with "Within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (no charge), "20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$25) and "More than 40 miles (65 km) away - we confirm first" (+$50). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The extra price is added to the client's total and shown next to the location on your booking page. An optional note above the options can say where the distance is measured to. Each location also has a travel time - your drive. It is never shown to the client and is not added to their appointment. It blocks your calendar so no one can book you during the drive: before the appointment by default, or before and after if you set "A location's travel time blocks your calendar" to Before and after (Settings > Locations). For example, a 10:00-11:00 AM appointment with 30 minutes of travel blocks 9:30-11:00 AM, or 9:30-11:30 AM with Before and after.

Is this tree service scheduling software, or just a booking form?

Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. If you travel, the travel time on each location blocks your calendar around the appointment without showing on the client's side. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
