Ready to go? Create your free booking page
What you see. Bookings, calendar, clients, settings and analytics in one dashboard. Shown with sample data from a cleaning business; yours starts with your own services and prices.
What your clients see. The starter booking page for your trade, services already filled in. Clients pick a service and an open time, add a few details, and send the request. No account, no app.
Already have a website? Paste one line of code and your booking page opens right on it - card payments, deposits and all.
No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.
No call center routing jobs to strangers - just your own hours and the calls you take.
Since you drive to the job, the booking form asks for the client's address by default.
The quote form asks how urgent it is, so an active leak doesn't sit behind a dripping tap.
Every setting below lives in your dashboard and takes effect on your public booking page immediately.
Your page opens straight into a quote form with the questions plumbers need - edit them anytime.
Turn a quote into a booking at your price - or just the call-out fee if they don't go ahead.
Since you travel to the client, the booking form collects their address by default.
Add a fixed gap between appointments so you always have breathing room.
Offer a referral or returning-client discount code, with an optional expiry.
Add a 'Book Now' button to your own website or social media bio.
Tell us your business name. Your page starts as a quote form with plumber questions - add flat-priced jobs as bookable services too if you want.
Set your hours, prices, policies, and notification preferences from your dashboard - most changes take seconds.
Send clients to your booking page, embed it on your site, or link it from social media. Bookings land straight in your dashboard.

Yes - your page opens with a quote form that asks what the problem is, how urgent it is, and whether they already have the new fixture, with room for photos. You call back with your fee and book the visit.
No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.
Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.
Open the booking and switch it to a Custom quote with just your call-out fee - the price and receipt update to match.
Yes - add any flat-priced job, like a drain cleaning or a toilet install, as a service and it shows next to the quote form.
No - 1MinuteBooking is entirely web-based and works from any browser, on desktop or mobile.
Yes - coupons apply a percent or flat-amount discount to the pre-tax subtotal, with an optional expiry date.
Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. A quote request doesn't take a slot at all; you set the time when you price it. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
Set up your own booking page in a few minutes - clients book appointments, you manage everything from your own dashboard.
