Built around how notaries actually charge

No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.

Per-signature and travel fees, handled

Charge a base rate that includes a few stamps, then let extra signatures and a travel charge by distance add to the total automatically.

Address collected up front

When a client picks a "We come to you" option, the booking form asks for their address - no separate back-and-forth to find out where you're going.

No more back-and-forth over text

Every request arrives with the time, service and client details, and can hold its time slot while you confirm it.

Everything your booking page needs

Every setting below lives in your dashboard and takes effect on your public booking page immediately.

Per-unit add-ons

Charge per extra signature or stamp with a quantity add-on that updates the total live.

Address only when you travel

A client's address is asked only for mobile signings, so clients coming to your office skip it.

Add-ons scoped by appointment

Restrict a witness or printing charge to just the appointment types where it applies.

Hours & blackout dates

Set your working hours - including evenings and weekends - and block off personal days.

Booking button

Add a "Book a Signing" button to your own site or a title company referral page.

Add-to-calendar links

Every confirmed booking gets a ready-made Add to Calendar link for your own Google, Apple, Outlook or iCal calendar.

What a notary booking page starts with

Questions notaries ask

Can I charge per extra signature or stamp beyond what's included?

Yes - an add-on can allow a quantity, so a client picks how many extra signatures they need and the total updates automatically.

Do clients have to book through my booking page, or can I add bookings myself?

No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.

Can clients pay me by credit or debit card?

Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.

Can I charge for travel, and block time on my calendar for the drive?

Yes - with location options. The Notary preset starts with "Our location" (no charge, for clients who come to you), "We come to you - within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (+$35), "We come to you - 20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$60) and "We come to you - more than 40 miles (65 km) away, we confirm first" (+$85). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The extra price is added to the client's total and shown next to the location on your booking page. An optional note above the options can say where the distance is measured to. Each location also has a travel time - your drive. It is never shown to the client and is not added to their appointment. It blocks your calendar so no one can book you during the drive: before the appointment by default, or before and after if you set "A location's travel time blocks your calendar" to Before and after (Settings > Locations). For example, a 10:00-11:00 AM appointment with 30 minutes of travel blocks 9:30-11:00 AM, or 9:30-11:30 AM with Before and after.

Since I travel to clients, is a mailing address collected on the booking form?

Yes - when a client picks a "We come to you" option, the booking form asks for their address, so you know where to go before you even confirm the appointment. Signings at your own location don't ask for one.

Can clients book a remote online notarization instead of an in-person visit?

Yes - list it as its own service alongside your in-person appointments; clients pick whichever fits.

Can I take evening or weekend appointments?

Yes - open those hours in Business Hours, and set a Minimum notice so nobody books you for an hour from now.

Is this notary scheduling software, or just a booking form?

Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. If you travel, the travel time on each location blocks your calendar around the appointment without showing on the client's side. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
