Ready to go? Create your free booking page
What you see. Bookings, calendar, clients, settings and analytics in one dashboard. Shown with sample data from a cleaning business; yours starts with your own services and prices.
What your clients see. The starter booking page for your trade, services already filled in. Clients pick a service and an open time, add a few details, and send the request. No account, no app.
Already have a website? Paste one line of code and your booking page opens right on it - card payments, deposits and all.
No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.
List quote consultations, policy reviews, and enrollments at $0 - then charge separately only for advisory work you actually bill for, like a written risk assessment.
Ask what type of coverage a client needs before the appointment, so you can pull the right quotes ahead of time.
Every request arrives with the time, service and client details, and can hold its time slot while you confirm it.
Every setting below lives in your dashboard and takes effect on your public booking page immediately.
Quote consultations and policy reviews can be listed free - no price shown on the booking page.
Charge for a risk assessment or needs-analysis report only on the appointment types where it applies.
Ask about coverage type, current carrier, or renewal date before the appointment, optionally required.
Set your working hours and block off vacations, training days, or personal time.
Add a "Get a Quote" button to your agency website or landing page.
Every confirmed booking gets a ready-made Add to Calendar link for your own Google, Apple, Outlook or iCal calendar.
Tell us your business name and pick "Insurance Agent" - we'll pre-fill the starter services and add-ons shown above so you're not starting from a blank page.
Set your hours, intake questions, and notification preferences from your dashboard - most changes take seconds.
Send clients to your booking page, embed it on your site, or link it from your email signature. Bookings land straight in your dashboard.

Yes - a service can be priced at $0, so a quote consultation, policy review, or new policy enrollment asks the client for no payment at all.
No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.
Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.
Yes - add-ons like a business insurance risk assessment or a needs-analysis report can be priced and restricted to whichever appointment types they apply to.
Yes - Custom Fields let you ask extra questions on the booking form, optionally required before the booking goes through.
Not automatically - no calendar invite is sent. Clients see a booking-received message, and once you confirm, they're emailed the date, time and details. The Add to Calendar button (Google, Apple, Outlook.com, iCal) on each confirmed booking is for your own calendar.
Yes - paste one line of code from Settings > Share & embed and clients book right on your website: a floating button that stays in the corner, a popup button, or your whole booking page built into the page. It works with WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify and any site that takes custom HTML (on Wix and GoDaddy you use their “Embed a site” element). There's also a plain link for a bio or landing page. See how it looks
Yes. The Insurance Agent preset starts with three location options - "Video call", "Phone call" and "In person at our office" - all at no charge. The client picks one when they book, and their choice is saved on the booking, so you know how you're meeting. If you also go to clients (for example to their office), add a location for it with an extra price and a travel time under Settings > Locations. The extra price is added to the client's total and shown next to the location on your booking page. Each location also has a travel time - your drive. It is never shown to the client and is not added to their appointment. It blocks your calendar so no one can book you during the drive: before the appointment by default, or before and after if you set "A location's travel time blocks your calendar" to Before and after (Settings > Locations). For example, a 10:00-11:00 AM appointment with 30 minutes of travel blocks 9:30-11:00 AM, or 9:30-11:30 AM with Before and after.
Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
Set up your own booking page in a few minutes - clients book appointments, you manage everything from your own dashboard.
