What you see. Bookings, calendar, clients, settings and analytics in one dashboard. Shown with sample data from a cleaning business; yours starts with your own services and prices.
What your clients see. The starter booking page for your trade, services already filled in. Clients pick a service and an open time, add a few details, and send the request. No account, no app.
Already have a website? Paste one line of code and your booking page opens right on it - card payments, deposits and all.
No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.
No call center routing jobs to strangers - just your own hours and the calls you take.
Since you drive to the client, the booking form asks for the service address by default.
The quote form asks what's wrong, the system type and its age - so you call back knowing whether it's work you do.
Every setting below lives in your dashboard and takes effect on your public booking page immediately.
List tune-ups, duct cleaning and installs with their own duration and price.
Restrict an add-on, like a filter replacement, to only the services it makes sense with.
Since you travel to the client, the booking form collects their address by default.
Add a fixed gap between appointments so you always have breathing room.
Offer a referral or returning-client discount code, with an optional expiry.
Add a 'Book Now' button to your own website or social media bio.
Tell us your business name. Your page starts with tune-ups, duct cleaning and thermostat installs, plus a quote form for repairs - edit any of it.
Set your hours, prices, policies, and notification preferences from your dashboard - most changes take seconds.
Send clients to your booking page, embed it on your site, or link it from social media. Bookings land straight in your dashboard.
Upgrade to Pro for your own branding, your logo, no "Powered by" badge, and Excel exports.
Yes - the booking form collects the client's address by default, plus custom fields for the system type and issue.
No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.
Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.
Repairs start as a quote request with the problem, system type and photos. You call back with your call-out fee and book the visit, and if they don't go ahead after the diagnosis, you set the booking to just the fee.
Yes - price the repair booking as a Custom quote with the fee already taken off, or set it to just the fee if they don't go ahead.
No - 1MinuteBooking is entirely web-based and works from any browser, on desktop or mobile.
Yes - coupons apply a percent or flat-amount discount to the pre-tax subtotal, with an optional expiry date.
Yes - with location options. The HVAC Technician preset starts with "Within 20 miles (30 km) of us" (no charge), "20-40 miles (30-65 km) away" (+$20) and "More than 40 miles (65 km) away - we confirm first" (+$40). Change the names, prices and travel times, or add your own, under Settings > Locations. The extra price is added to the client's total and shown next to the location on your booking page. An optional note above the options can say where the distance is measured to. Each location also has a travel time - your drive. It is never shown to the client and is not added to their appointment. It blocks your calendar so no one can book you during the drive: before the appointment by default, or before and after if you set "A location's travel time blocks your calendar" to Before and after (Settings > Locations). For example, a 10:00-11:00 AM appointment with 30 minutes of travel blocks 9:30-11:00 AM, or 9:30-11:30 AM with Before and after.
Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. If you travel, the travel time on each location blocks your calendar around the appointment without showing on the client's side. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
Set up your own booking page in a few minutes - clients book appointments, you manage everything from your own dashboard.
