Built for how fee-only advisors actually charge

No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.

Free discovery call, paid engagement

Offer a free first call at $0, then quote a session, hourly rate, or ongoing engagement once you understand the fit.

Bill hourly, not just by flat session

Fee-for-service planning is billed by the hour just as easily as a fixed-price session - clients pick a quantity and the total updates live.

No more back-and-forth over email

Every request arrives with the time, service and client details, and can hold its time slot while you confirm it.

Everything your booking page needs

Every setting below lives in your dashboard and takes effect on your public booking page immediately.

Hourly billing

An hourly service paired with a required quantity add-on, so clients pick how many hours and the total updates live.

$0 discovery calls

The first call can be listed free - no price shown on the booking page.

Add-ons scoped by session

Offer a written plan summary or follow-up check-in only on the session types where it applies.

Custom intake fields

Ask what a client wants to focus on before the call, optionally required.

Notice & advance windows

Require minimum notice before a slot can be booked, and cap how far out clients can book.

Export every booking - client, session type, date, and price - to Excel anytime.

Questions financial advisors ask

Can I bill hourly for fee-for-service planning?

Yes. Add a service at your hourly rate with a 60-minute duration, turn on Allow multiple quantities with Quantity also multiplies the duration, and clients pick the hours. The preset itself sells fixed sessions - retirement, portfolio, tax and estate - and sends full plans and ongoing advice through the quote form, so you price those from the client's situation.

Do clients have to book through my booking page, or can I add bookings myself?

No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.

Can clients pay me by credit or debit card?

Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.

Can the first call be free, before I quote a planning engagement?

Yes - a service can be priced at $0, so a discovery call asks for no payment at all.

Can I offer a written plan summary as a paid add-on?

Yes - add-ons like a written financial plan summary or a 30-day follow-up check-in can be restricted to just the session types they apply to.

Can I collect a client's goals before the call?

Yes - Custom Fields let you ask extra questions on the booking form, optionally required before the booking goes through.

Can I keep my calendar from filling up with speculative bookings months out?

Yes - set a maximum advance booking window, adjustable up to 365 days, and a minimum notice period before a slot can be booked.

Can clients choose a video call, a phone call or meeting in person?

Yes. The Financial Advisor / Planner preset starts with three location options - "Video call", "Phone call" and "In person at our office" - all at no charge. The client picks one when they book, and their choice is saved on the booking, so you know how you're meeting. If you also go to clients (for example to their office), add a location for it with an extra price and a travel time under Settings > Locations. The extra price is added to the client's total and shown next to the location on your booking page. Each location also has a travel time - your drive. It is never shown to the client and is not added to their appointment. It blocks your calendar so no one can book you during the drive: before the appointment by default, or before and after if you set "A location's travel time blocks your calendar" to Before and after (Settings > Locations). For example, a 10:00-11:00 AM appointment with 30 minutes of travel blocks 9:30-11:00 AM, or 9:30-11:30 AM with Before and after.

Is this financial advisor scheduling software, or just a booking form?

Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
