Built around how independent 3D designers actually book jobs

No forced payment processor, no setup calls. Just a page clients can book on today.

Built for one print farm, not a factory floor

No shared job queue across machines - just your own hours and the jobs you take on.

Design and printing on the same page

Offer design and scanning sessions as bookable services, with a quote form beside them for print jobs priced from the file.

Quote prints from the file

The quote form asks whether they have a 3D file, the size, quantity, material and deadline - the details slicing needs before you can price a print.

Questions 3D designers ask

Can clients send me their file before booking?

Yes - the quote form asks whether they have a 3D file (STL, OBJ, STEP), a sketch or just an idea, and to describe the part, so you know what you're working with before you reply.

Do clients have to book through my booking page, or can I add bookings myself?

No. Clients don't need to use your public booking page for a booking to show up in your account. You can click Add client to save someone's contact details ahead of time, or use New booking to log an appointment yourself. That's handy for phone calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals. Price it from your services and add-ons, or choose Custom quote to enter a one-off price you've already agreed. It works like your booking page: add more than one person, pet or vehicle to one booking (if you've turned that on), answer your own booking questions, apply a coupon code, and see your open times for the day - required questions can be left blank, and you can still pick any time. These bookings sit in the same account as your online ones, so you can keep all your clients and appointments in one place. Bookings you create yourself don't email the client automatically. Open the booking and click Email client to send a pre-filled confirmation.

Can clients pay me by credit or debit card?

Yes - turn on Stripe Payments in your dashboard and a client's card gets charged, in full or as a deposit, straight into your own Stripe account before their request is even sent. It's entirely optional, though - you're always in control of payment, and can just as easily take cash, run a card in person with something like Square, or send your own payment link instead.

Can I offer a rush turnaround for an extra fee?

Yes - add a 'Rush Turnaround' add-on that adds a flat fee to any booking.

Can I restrict an add-on to only certain services?

Yes - each add-on can be restricted to specific service types, like offering file cleanup only with the Custom Design Session.

Do clients need to download anything to book?

No - 1MinuteBooking is entirely web-based and works from any browser, on desktop or mobile.

Can I offer a discount code for repeat clients?

Yes - coupons apply a percent or flat-amount discount to the pre-tax subtotal, with an optional expiry date.

Is this 3D printing scheduling software, or just a booking form?

Both. Your booking page only offers start times that fit: inside your hours (up to two windows a day), long enough for the service plus any add-ons, clear of other bookings and your buffer, and within your notice and advance limits. Blackout dates take days off the page, and whether an unconfirmed request holds its slot is your call under Settings > Hours & availability. There's no two-way calendar sync, texting or automatic reminders: a confirmed booking has an Add to Calendar button for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a one-click reminder email.
